Sleep is more than just rest—it is the gateway to the greatest adventure of our lives. Each night, as we surrender to its embrace, we step into a world of mystery, dreams, and renewal. Sleep is the silent architect of our well-being, a crucial chapter in the book of our existence. It recharges our minds, heals our bodies, and transports us through realms unknown. In this timeless ritual, we find the key to clarity, creativity, and vitality. So, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to drift into the wondrous journey that awaits in the enigmatic world of sleep.

Breathe. Take a deep, deep breath. Close your eyes. Make sure you have really closed them. Now take another deep breath. Take some time to think how the biggest adventure of our lives is in the strange, mysterious book of Sleep.

There is no doubt that sleep is probably the biggest adventure of our human lives. Sleep, remember, is half of our timeline adventures. We spend almost half of our time sleeping, so whatever we do during this time is critical.

Sleep is the fundamental metabolic need of human existence. Sleep is the relentless reboot of our bodies and minds. Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body that takes us beyond all the worlds known to mankind.

Sleep is a serious journey through silence, characterised by altered closeness of our wide eyes. It is an unconscious travel of consciousness. It is a state when our body, just like the batteries, charges itself by pausing or inhibiting any sensory activity. We get into the sleep adventure with reduced muscle activity and minimising nearly all voluntary actions.

When we sleep, our mind enters into an enigmatic resting phase with rapid eye mysterious movement (REM) while we lay down in bed with reduced interactions with surroundings.

Don't overthink while going to sleep. Just close your eyes and let the adventure begin. Every time we fall asleep, it is a daring experience, even when it might seem counterintuitive. So make sure you learn how to stop. Understand the power of disconnecting; sometimes breathing into nothing. And if you want to fall into a deeper sleep, make sure you breathe slowly and stop thinking.

Sleep is a Sherlock Holmes charade. It is a book of clues about the unconscionable facts. It is the finishing piece of a puzzle, called the day. And one needs to make sure they get well in the mysterious book of sleep. Make sure you keep a regular schedule.

Be mindful of how you're using and manage the most important of all the known precious commodities -time! Even when we digress in the blurred screens of countless sleepless minutes and hours of thrillers seemingly never ending.

There's no denying that the best books can help you dream big, day or night. But diving into the pages of this ‘mysterious book of sleep’ every night is the biggest of all adventures. Here, you crawl between your REM sheets. And if you read through the right pages of this never-ending book of sleep, you are lucky to drive through the enchanted avenues of displaying delightful dreams.

Did you know, our eyes have many doors and windows, like a house?

So please Stop. Stop completely. Breathe! Breathe again. Close the first door. Now close the second one. Close the door number three. Close the window, the big one in your eyes. Close the second one… Now breathe… Relax your legs, thighs, and calves. Clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene. If this doesn't work, try saying the words “don't think” over and over for 10 seconds. Within 10 seconds, you should fall asleep!

Why do you need to close the doors and windows of your eyes and sleep?

If you have ever felt foggy after a poor night’s sleep, it won’t surprise you that sleep significantly impacts brain function.

First, sleep is about closing the doors to our consciousness and opening other big doors, gates to the mysterious adventures of unconsciousness. And like any great never-ending story adventure, the narrative of the sleep here is that a healthy amount of sleep is a triumph of your body and mind.

Every door open to the unconsciousness of sleeping is a big vital step for the bridges of the “brain plasticity,” or the Lego land journey of your brain’s ability to adapt to the heavy daily input and process it’s data in the board room of the unconsciousness.

Doors are important to identify the way we get into a house or a building. The big doors of sleep, and yes, it’s lateral windows are critical for the way the winds of life blow in our bodies and minds. And if the doors are not closed properly, we let in the trouble of unprocessed weighing… the troubles of unbalanced body and mind… If we sleep too little we don’t close doors or windows and soon or later we get robbed or our interiors… we become empty, we become unable to process the weights of what we’ve lived, learned during the journey of the day and we erase the balance of body and mind… as with continuing having doors opened and windows we let everyone and everything get in and have more trouble remembering our own furniture and design.

Did you know that when you close your doors and windows and sleep you are also closing the noises, and you are able to do the removal of waste products from the daily processing in your engineering brain cells—something that seems to occur less efficiently when the doors into your brain are wide open as you are awake.

Closing the doors and the windows is to keep the integrity of your house protected. Sleep is about protecting the integrity of your own house, home that is yours in its conscious and unconsciousness, ultra vital to the yin and Yang of the body and mind.

When people don’t get enough sleep, their health risks rise. Symptoms of depression, seizures, high blood pressure and migraines worsen. Immunity is compromised, increasing the likelihood of illness and infection. Sleep also plays a role in metabolism:

Please make sure you always close your doors and windows every night and sleep! Sleep and close the doors and make your house safe. Even one door open one night of missed sleep can create a predictable Robbery state in an otherwise safe and healthy house of each of our own persons.

There are many important bridges in the streets of our house that gather the connections between consciousness and unconsciousness, health and sleep. Please always close the doors and windows, breathe, close your eyes and sleep!
